We process personal data in line with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data and with GDPR principles. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect
Account data (name, phone, e-mail), job data (category, locality, description, budget), usage data (pages visited, device) and, for providers, the ID document data needed for verification.
Why we use it
To deliver the service (matching requests with providers), for payments, fraud prevention, support and account-related communication. Marketing only happens with your consent.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract, legal obligations, legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention) and consent, where required.
Forms on this site
When you submit a request through the site we keep the data you filled in, the language, an anonymised version of your IP address and the time of submission, in order to prevent abuse and follow up on your request.
How long we keep data
Account data for the lifetime of the account plus 3 years. Financial documents according to legal deadlines. Requests submitted through the site, at most 24 months.
Who we share it with
With the service providers needed to operate (hosting, payment processing, e-mail delivery), under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can withdraw consent at any time and requests are handled within 30 days at most.
Security
Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS), internal access is role-based, and IP addresses are stored only as a cryptographic fingerprint.
