Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about how the platform, payments and safety work.
For clients
How much does posting a job cost?
Nothing. Posting and receiving offers are free; you only pay for the work agreed with the provider.
How do I pick the right provider?
You see the rating, the number of completed jobs, the reviews and the proposed price. You can ask questions in chat before booking.
When is the money taken?
The amount is reserved when the booking is confirmed and released to the provider once you validate completion.
Can I cancel a job?
Yes. Cancelling more than 12 hours before the scheduled time is free.
What if the work is not good?
Open a dispute before confirming completion. Support reviews the evidence from the chat and decides.
For providers
How do I become a provider?
Create an account in the app, upload your ID document and pick the categories you work in. Verification usually takes under 24 hours.
Does signing up cost anything?
No. There is no subscription or entry fee; only a service commission is deducted from completed jobs.
When do I get the money?
Right after the client confirms, the amount lands in your wallet. Standard withdrawal takes up to 3 business days, instant costs 5 MDL.
Can I work in several cities?
Yes. You set the search radius, up to 100 km from your location.
What if I cannot make it?
