Terms & conditions
These terms govern the use of jobprime.eu and the JobPrime app. By creating an account or posting a job you accept them in full.
The role of the platform
JobPrime is a technology intermediary connecting clients and independent providers. We are not the providers’ employer and we do not deliver the services ourselves. The service contract is concluded between the client and the provider.
Accounts
You may create an account if you are at least 18. The data you provide must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account.
Provider verification
Providers upload a valid ID document. We verify identity, but we do not guarantee professional qualifications, licences or the outcome of the work.
Jobs and offers
The client posts a task with a description, estimated duration and budget. Providers send offers. The booking is concluded the moment the client confirms.
Prices and payments
Prices are expressed in Moldovan lei and set by the providers. On booking confirmation the amount is reserved and released once completion is validated. A service commission is deducted from the job value and shown before acceptance.
Cancellations
Cancelling more than 12 hours before the scheduled slot is free. Repeated or late cancellations may lead to account limitations.
Conduct
Illegal, offensive or dangerous activity is forbidden, as is attempting to move the transaction off the platform to avoid the commission or the protections.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a real experience. We reserve the right to remove false or abusive content, or content containing third-party personal data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JobPrime’s liability is limited to the commission collected for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect damages.
Disputes
Support mediates disputes before the payment is released. Failing an amicable solution, the law of the Republic of Moldova applies and the courts at the company’s registered office have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Substantial changes are announced in the app at least 15 days before they take effect.
